You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date.

Restaurants are responsible for the accuracy of their restaurant information, menus, prices, offers, payment information, and any other content they publish through the platform. Omeyy does not verify this content and is not responsible for errors, inaccuracies or disputes arising from it.

You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to access another business's data, interfering with the service, uploading unlawful or harmful content, or using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable law.

Access to Omeyy requires an active subscription or trial. Plans differ by limits such as tables, staff accounts and menu items. Subscription fees are billed according to the plan you select, and you are responsible for keeping your subscription in good standing.

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform where an account violates these terms, where payment is not maintained, or where continued use poses a risk to the platform or other users. You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We work to keep Omeyy reliable, but the platform is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, updates and factors outside our control may occasionally affect the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
